BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Booking is finalized upon Client’s payment in full of the package availed. All rates are VAT exclusive.
PHOTO TEMPLATE and EVENT PAGE
Client will submit a booking form and would attach relevant files for the creation of the photo template and private event page.
Cliquebooth will design 2 samples within 7 days.
Client can do one revision for free. Succeeding revisions are P500 per revision. Each succeeding revision is done within 5 days.
For all packages: Digital copies of the virtual booth photos will be uploaded to Dropbox within 3 days after event ends.
For The Enhanced Package: A 50-page 6×6 photobook and 50 pcs loose prints, available 2-3 weeks after event ends.
For the Extreme Package: A 100-page photobook and 100 pcs loose prints, available 2-3 weeks after event ends.
All deliverables are available for shipping within the Philippines. International delivery fees are to be shouldered by Client.
There may be additional deliverables if add-ons are availed.
CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING
If the event is postponed or rescheduled and a photo template has already been designed, an additional fee of P500 will be charge for redesign of the template and event page.
If Client cancels this agreement, P2000 is non-refundable. Excess payment will be returned via the payment method used upon booking.
